Our Global PABX Softswitch encompasses a wealth of services and special features providing the latest in network technology:

PABX menus are tailored verbal directories, beginning with the primary welcome menu as level 1 and extending to the subcategory menus and levels of your choice. The following is an example of a 3 level PABX menu:
In this menu example, the arrows represent access to three submenus and three extension levels of departments, individuals and categories that can be located anywhere in the world.
Automated Attendant (Welcome Message)
The Welcome menu consists of your company's personalised welcome message including tailored voice prompts for access to submenus. You provide the scripts for your welcome message and all submenus. You may also record your own messages as per our specifications. We will programme and configure the system and provide ongoing monitoring of system quality and reliability.
Automated Help Desks (Recorded Help Messages)
A step by step information guide can be programmed on your PABX that will instruct a customer through procedures ranging from research; FAQ's and even simple technical repairs. There is really no limit to the help opportunities available through your PABX through simple help instructions.
Automated Time Schedules
PABX schedules can be programmed for your business hours of operation. An alternate welcome message can be programmed for non office hours.
Add IP Lines to your Existing Phone System
If your organisation already has a PABX (automated telephone system) you can add additional IP lines economically and without significant hardware changes or staff retraining. All long distance calls can be routed through the system as additional PABX extensions with savings of up to 90% on your standard telecom phone charges.
Call Forward
Call Forward allows you to forward all incoming calls to another phone number. This feature is available on your Global PABX by dialing *90 and following the prompt *91 - Deactivation
Call on Hold
Call on Hold allows you to place the current call on Hold.
Call Recording
For a small additional charge we can enable the ability to automatically record calls on any Global PABX extension.
Call Transfer
Call Transfer allows you to transfer an answered call to another phone number. This feature is available on your Global PABX by either using the Call transfer ( Xfer) key on the Handset or by dialing # then the number to transfer the call to.
Cellular Roaming
ITtelenet's cellular roaming services provide significant savings when you travel overseas. Forget call roaming from your cell phone for dollars a minute. With our roaming plan you pay just cents per minute for outgoing and incoming calls on our global telecom network.
Outgoing Calls from your Cell Phone:
- Local “Access Numbers” are available in most countries
- Program the access number as a "speed dial" into your mobile
- To make a call on our global network, just speed dial the Access Number!
- Most calls to regular phones will cost less than 10c per minute
- Calls to netphones on our global network are toll free!
Incoming Calls to your Cellular:
- When you arrive at your destination purchase a local SIM card for your cell phone.
- Login to your account and input your new local cell (SIM) number
- Incoming calls are forwarded to your local cell snumber for just cents per minute
Call Queue
An interactive call queue is available for the unusually busy times when the number of lines and service representatives available necessitate a waiting or hold period. Your customers are placed into an electronic queue providing regular verbal feedback as to their position in the queue and the estimated waiting time. Background music of your choice is also provided during the waiting period.
Conference calls
Within minutes your can set up conference calling and join in callers worldwide for just cents a minute. We offer plans that allow you to set up conferences involving over 100 people!
Dial by Name Directory
Callers can reach your staff by dialing the first 3 letters of the staff members last name when prompted by PABX Directory assistant.
Easy Web Management
Change your extension settings such as call forwarding, voicemail set up etc, from any PC, anywhere in the world.
Free Inter-branch call
Talk to your colleagues free, worldwide, by simply dialling their extension number.
Hunt Group and Ring Group
A sequential order can be programmed into the call queue or "Hunt Group" that provides for the next available agent through your list of customer service representatives. The "Ring Group" provides for a programmed sequence that will insure that the customer will be connected to the next available extension.
International Phone Numbers
An International Phone Number is an affordable local telephone number obtainable in over 50 countries that connects directly to your PABX

Sub Menus (Levels) and Extensions
Sub menus can be accessed from the main welcome menu or be selected from another sub menu. Extensions are the landing locations or answering service points and are flexible and may be reprogrammed at any time to reach a netphone or regular/mobile phone number worldwide.

Voice Email
Every phone that is connected to our Global PABX system as an extension also provides for voice email. When you are unavailable your caller will receive an automated voice prompt opportunity to leave a voice message which can also be forwarded to your email as a voice file.
Voice Mail
A comprehensive voice mail system is available to receive messages 24 hours a day. Your messages can be retrieved at any time from anywhere by simply logging into your voice mail account
Voice Prompt Notification
A voice prompt is available to the customer representative to provide notification of the source and type of call ringing through and the caller's time duration in the queue.
Web Call Back
When you or your staff are away from the office and need to make long distance calls you only need to access an internet connection (even from a internet cafe). You simply login to the "Web Call back" link, enter your Global PABX account details, your current location phone number (even your mobile), then enter in your calling destination. The Web Call Back service will call you at your current location and then connect you to your calling destination. The call is charged back to your Global PABX at our reduced calling rates.
Worldwide Ring Groups
Every office or department, worldwide, can have an independent ringing and call handling arrangement.
